Catering Services. OBJECTIVE OF THE SERVICE

The aim and objective of the Catering Service is to provide a range of food and beverages to meet the hygienic needs and provide good customer choice to Staff, and visitors.

FUNCTION AND SCOPE

• Cost efficient, quality driven Catering Services that achieve the optimum standards of
• A responsive service that meets the Service Response Times and Service Planned Times detailed within the Catering Services Level Specification.
• A safe environment and safe working practices with management systems that ensure the Catering Services comply with Law, Policies and Good Industry
• Provision of all Catering supplies, consumables, and transport required to provide the Catering Service and meet the requirements of the Catering Service Level Specification.
