- A responsive service that meets the Service Response Times and Service Planned Times detailed within the Catering Services Level Specification.
- A safe environment and safe working practices with management systems that ensure the Catering Services comply with Law, Policies and Good Industry
- Provision of all Catering supplies, consumables, and transport required to provide the Catering Service and meet the requirements of the Catering Service Level Specification.
